1. Introduction
Welcome to Eventz by Roma & Nick. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Full payment must be completed as per the schedule outlined in your custom proposal/contract.
- We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All these refunds are done excluding the non refundable Payment which is done by the beginning of the event
1. Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Prior to the Event
Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund.
However, if payments have already been made to third-party vendors (e.g., music bands or other service providers) to secure the event date, the refunded amount will be subject to the successful recovery of those vendor payments. If such payments are non-refundable, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
2. Cancellations Made Within 14 Days Prior to the Event
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days prior to the event date are eligible for a 50% refund, subject to the same vendor payment conditions outlined above.
3. Cancellations Made Within 7 Days Prior to the Event
Cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to the event date are eligible for a 30% refund depending on vendor payment recoverability.
4. Cancellations Made Within 3 Days Prior to the Event
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within three (3) days of the event date.
However, the event may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply based on vendor availability, pricing changes, and rescheduling costs.
4. Liability
Eventz by Roma & Nick acts as an agent for logistics and planning. We are not liable for the failure of third party vendors to perform their duties, though we will do our utmost to resolve any issues on your behalf.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Eventz by Roma & Nick and may not be reproduced without permission.
