1. Introduction

Welcome to Eventz by Roma & Nick. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Full payment must be completed as per the schedule outlined in your custom proposal/contract.
• We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if vendor rates have changed.

4. Liability

Eventz by Roma & Nick acts as an agent for logistics and planning. We are not liable for the failure of third-party vendors to perform their duties, though we will do our utmost to resolve any issues on your behalf.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Eventz by Roma & Nick and may not be reproduced without permission.
